2-bedroom flat with a rooftop-view balcony (#23)

This flat is on the fifth floor of 88 Nevsky Prospekt. It has two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious kitchen-living room with a sofa bed. It is suitable for a family or a group of up to six people. The bedroom windows face a quiet courtyard. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the rooftops and landmarks of St Petersburg. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The entrance is renovated and secure, and the building has a lift.

A refundable security deposit of RUB 6,000 is required at check-in. Daily cleaning during the stay is not provided.

Prepayment equal to the cost of the first day of the stay is required. It is refunded if the booking is cancelled more than two days before check-in.

The booking can be changed free of charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the requested change.
