The apartment is perfect for long-term accommodation. It is situated on the 5th floor, the entrance is renovated and guarded, there is an elevator in the building.

At check-in, we collect a 6000₽ deposit for this apartment. Room service is available for an additional fee.
Prepayment for the first night is required. The prepayment is refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 2 days before check-in.
Changing the reservation in the apartment is also possible free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the expected date of change.
Modern and beautiful apartment in the heart of St. Petersburg. Extra clean. Anton was all ways very responsive to our questions. The check in was very easy. We arrive at midnight and there were very nice people at the reception helping us to check in. I will definitely come back to this place.
