In summer 2018 we opened new loft-style apartments. This small studio has a double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette. It is an economical option for families and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment is in the second courtyard of 88 Nevsky Prospekt, 50 metres from our guest rooms. It is on the 4th floor. The entrance has been renovated. There is no lift. At check-in, we collect a 3000₽ deposit.
