Курортный сбор составляет 100 рублей с человека в сутки для всех гостей старше 18 лет за исключением льготных категорий граждан. Взимается за проживание более суток.

Modern and beautiful apartment in the heart of St. Petersburg. Extra clean. Anton was all ways very responsive to our questions. The check in was very easy. We arrive at midnight and there were very nice people at the reception helping us to check in. I will definitely come back to this place.
