Booking
We will send you a booking confirmation, if you book the room online or by phone. Please, have this document with you when you check in (printed or on your smartphone).
In case of cancellation or reduction of booking or non-arrival in less than 24 hours, we retain the right to withhold the amount of the daily cost of accommodation.
If you are late for more than a day without warning, we will be forced to cancel your booking.
Check-in
Our receptionists are glad to help you any time 24/7.
Check in time in the rooms — 14:00, in the apartment – 15:00, check out time — 12:00. The early check-in and late check-out service are available upon availability and is booked in advance:
- 50% of the room rate upon arrival from 06:00 to 14:00 and departure until 23:00
- 100% of the room rate upon arrival until 06:00 and departure after 23:00
Check-in is possible only if you have a passport.
We hold a deposit for the safety of apartments' property in the amount of 3000₽ to 6000₽.
Accomodation
Every morning from 8 to 11 am we serve our homemade breakfasts in the cafes of our rooms. If you need an early or late breakfast, just inform the receptionist the day before. Breakfast is included in the room rate for our rooms' guests, as well as for guests staying in the apartments №79.
Children under 6 years stay free of charge without extra bed.
Your guests can stay in your room between 8:00 and 23:00. If the guest wishes to stay overnight, it is necessary to check-in at the reception and make payment for the stay.
We do not allow parties in our rooms and apartments.
It is not allowed to smoke in our rooms and apartments.
Accommodation with pets in our rooms and apartments is not allowed.
We ask you to handle our property with care, in case of damage, we will ask you to compensate the damage caused.
When leaving the room, please turn off the water, switch the lights off and turn off the electrical appliances.
We ask you to be quiet after 23:00 not to disturb other guests.
We reserve the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, or if guest is violating the public order.
