In summer 2018 we opened new loft-style apartments. This small studio has a double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette. It is an economical option for families and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment is in the second courtyard of 88 Nevsky Prospekt, 50 metres from our guest rooms. It is on the 4th floor. The entrance has been renovated. There is no lift. At check-in, we collect a 3000₽ deposit.

This modern apartment with 1 bedroom, a study and a living room opened in April 2021. It is in the same entrance as our guest rooms. It is popular with couples, families and guests who prefer a higher level of comfort. The entrance has 24-hour security.

The spacious living area opens onto a balcony overlooking the rooftops and landmarks of Saint Petersburg. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The apartment is ideal for long stays. The entrance has been renovated and has security. The building has a lift.
